One Year with Winnie

It’s the Winnieversary! We adopted this wild child one year ago today.

After losing our beloved Dozer in July 2024, we knew we would eventually adopt another dog. That day finally came on November 2, 2024.

We adopted her from the Helen Woodward Animal Center, which is also where we adopted Dozer. Unlike Dozer and our other dog, Amelia, Winnie came to us shy and skittish. It’s been fun watching her grow into a goofy, confident pup.

Winnie is smart and athletic and energetic and clumsy. And she loves her sister, Amelia!

We’re so glad this little girl is in our lives. Happy to celebrate on year with Winnie!
